It feels like this winter is never. Gonna. End.
For Valentine's day, Paul and I took the trek up to Rockport for a quiet weekend away from the laundry/bills/mounting heaps of adult responsibility that seem to plague your life at 31. With an impending blizzard creeping in, we grabbed an hour to capture some shots of this beach town in the peak of winter. I'm a sucker for typography and hand lettering, so the signage posted at every walkway and storefront grabbed my lens (and wouldn't let go).
This town is meant to be reveled during the summer months, and it's abandoned shops itch for the return of the warm weather with every hand written promise to "see you in spring."
